I couldn't be happier with the results achieved by the CDH Law team on my behalf. Attorney David Hammond and paralegal Joanna Bunker went out of their way (working on weekends) to make sure that my case was attended to as quickly as possible. I received updates throughout the course of proceedings, and ultimately a speeding ticket that had resulted in a suspended license was reduced to a non-moving violation. In terms of value, I'm of the belief that fighting a speeding ticket/license suspension on my own would have been far for expensive (not to mention time consuming) than retaining the services of CDH Law.

I will never forget the amazing teamwork CDH Law firm did on my behalf such as, informing me of the best option to take in resolving my case. Taking the time to critically analyze the police report and listening and trusting my side of the story. Throughout the course of my case they were prompt and attentive. Bottom line is their legal expertise and professionalism is what got me exonerated. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that their fees were reasonable. Thanks again guys!

So after contacting many different lawyers about getting my NY CCW restored with absolutely no one interested in taking my case I found David Hammond at CDH Law. I recently got a ticket for running a red light. I hired Brian Tedd, He answered my calls and texts almost immediately.. even on Sundays. Today I got a call from him explaining the outcome and he’s not even in the office. He’s very caring and hard working for his clients. I highly recommend Brian.
