Simply outstanding! Ms. DiPoala Haber represented me in a very complicated divorce in 2016. Throughout the entire process, Ms. DiPoala Haber kept me informed, consulted with me regarding various issues, and provided excellent representation in interactions with other attorneys and the court. As with many other reviews here, our experience was extremely disappointing. Paid for consultation and an additional $1500 as a preliminary retainer for a grandparent visitation matter. Received no response to inquiries regarding the case after waiting a month, only thing she did right was refund our retainer. Only gave one star for this review so I could warn others, do not engage this attorney. I would have left a solid negative five stars if possible.

I walked in to Betsy's office as a newly single mother of two young toddlers. We had a nice meeting and I went over my concerns with her and what it was I was looking to accomplish. She made me feel as though it would be a simple, quick process. I handed over my $850 to her and left feeling relieved that I had taken control of my situation and made a positive step in my life as well as my children. Well, I was wrong. This was February 2019, fast forward to the present and I am out over $500 with absolutely ZERO results. Nothing was done, I was robbed $550. I received one email with a "DRAFT" of what was just copy and pasted from google, I could have done the same. She wanted me to do the things I had hired her to do! We did had one brief phone conversation, 7 minutes maybe and of course I received the bill for that. I left countless emails and voicemails for both her and her assistant Amy. I am a very reasonable person and understand that I was not her only client and she does have a personal life. However, over 6 months with zero results does not seem reasonable. This has definitely been a lesson learned for me. In writing this, I hope to save someone else the time and money I wasted by putting my trust in a reputable(or so I thought) attorney. If you are looking to be taken advantage of and robbed, then Betsy is the one for you.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL- DISPITE HER UNPROFESSIONALISM, LACK OF EVEN TAKING THE TIME TO TALK TO ME, OR EVEN REPRESENT MY DAUGHTERS BEST INTEREST I WON CUSTODY ANYWAYS. SHE WAS THE WORST OF THE WORST. SHE WAS THE COURT APPOINTED ATTRONEY FOR MY DAUGHTER BUT IN COURT SHE WOULD REPRESENT HIM EVEN THOUGH HE HAD AN ATTRONEY PRESENT 😂🤣 PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND REQUEST A LAWYER OR GUARDIAN THAT WILL DO WHATS BEST FOR YOUR SITUATION, FOR YOUR CHILDREN OR CHILD. I PLAN TO FILE A COMPLAINT BECAUSE THIS WOMAN SHOULD NOT HAVE THIS TYPE OF JOB. SHAME ON YOU BETSY. AND YOU SHOULD KNOW SHE DOES NOT CALL YOU BACK, YOU LEAVE CONTINUOUS MESSAGES WITH HER SECRETARY AND GET NOTHING. IM SURE IVE FILLED HER VOICE MAIL BOX SORRY YOU WONT BE ABLE TO LEAVE HER A MESSAGE. PATHETIC. 😤

An awful but eye waking experience! Besty" came highly recommended, but she did not show or have any of the qualities that was stated. Besty" lack professionalism and communication skills to her client. " One star check but honestly she didn't deserve that! Hopefully she will revisit what pushed her to work in family court and regain that passion to do what right..
