I called late in the day on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back. Attorney Ann Ruffer spent well over 1/2 hour and answered all my questions. She thoroughly explained both the pros and cons of my case in terms that were easy for me to understand. She is both kind and smart, but can be a fighter when she needs to be. I am happy to have Ann Ruffer on my side. I highly recommend her if you need a successful outcome.

I did not feel supported by this attorney. I had valid questions that were dismissed. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in Anne. Initially very engaging, but once she Collected her $2500, I felt abandoned.
