Compared to other lawyers Chris was timely in all his communications and went above and beyond in getting my house closed saving me one month's mortgage payment in addition to obtaining a check for the equity. He also took care of my final water bill and made clear any actions I needed to take in the process. In Addition, Chris was kind enough to offer me his office to take an exam certification when he became aware this was hindering my ability to take the test. I was struggling to find someone with a license to be present while I take the exam online and sign an affidavit. I'll always be grateful for Chris's kindness and diligence.
