I contacted Mr.Carden on Sept.26,2016 and he closed my case on Sept. 29, 2016! Need I say more. Fast, but efficient. I am pretty sure I drove him crazy with all my questions, but he answered them all. Hire Him! You wont regret it! Thank you so much Mr.Carden for your help !

Mr. Carden got me the best results regarding my traffic matter. He takes the time to answer all yours questions and concerns. He also gives you step by step through the whole process to the disposition. I am and have been very happy with his professionalism and knowledge of the court system. As this was my first offense, I was extremely stressed out about everything. I first spoke with Clif on the phone while on a break at work. After that 15 minute phone call I was immediately put at ease about the case and the money for the legal fee, even before retaining him. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Carden in August 2015when I accompanied my sister for a routine traffic matter, and I received a consult from him about some unpleasant, unfortunate family legal issues right then and there. In fact, he actually cancelled his lunch to speak with me about what was going on and how he could help! Not only was he kind and compassionate, but he went above and beyond any expectations I could have possibly hoped/prayed for. I had never, in my 33 years on this earth, had an issue that required legal representation, so I was not quite sure how to go about interacting with a lawyer concerning the matter in which I brought to him. I ask a lot of questions, as I prefer to understand every aspect of what I don't yet know so I am independently able to effectively handle any similar future issues that (god forbid) may arise. I am what some might classify as a "pain in the rear". However in my defense, I do so so that I can predict, circumvent, or outright avoid any possible future scenarios that I may encounter that may require such delicacies in the way they should be handled. That being said, Mr. Carden was extremely patient. He was also a "no bullshit" kind of lawyer. He quickly, but fairly got me to get to the point, and he did so in a way that thought me what to expect when to encounter within verbal or written interactions within any member of the court system - without compromising his level of compassion and understanding. I don't know about anyone else, but I for one appreciate direct honestly with a learning objective and construction criticism! Since I was referred by an existing client, for everything I described thus far, he only charged me $150.00, AND that included the preparation of legal papers for the issue, representation on the court date (in Cortland County!), and two telephone consults In between! The proceedings actually required 3 separate appearances in Cortland county by the time everything was said and done, and Mr. Carden was present and prepared for every one of those. He made sure I was completely informed in every aspect of every step of the way (something that I cannot begin to explain in words how reassuring that was). He won my case, and I was awarded an amount that I never could have accomplished on my own. As a direct result of the experience I had with him and his incredible team (Karen, specifically), I have not only hired him for two other matters I would normally handle myself, but have also recommended him to literally everyone that would listen! Clifton Carden provided our family with excellent legal counsel and representation in a case that involved an harassment charge against our daughter, stemming from a quarrel between high school girls. When we received the charge and needed someone to explain how we were to respond, he took a late call and stayed an extra hour away from his family dinner to carefully explain the legal situation and our options, using his insights from prior police and assistant DA work experiences. I live in Vt but was arrested in upstate NY for a DUI, my first. I was discharged from the military after catching some shrapnel from an RPG. I called all of the big DUI advertisers and realized they would assign me one of their new, inexperienced, lawyers. THen, if they even called back, they led me to believe they were only going to facilitate the court paperwork and not press for a better outcome. I happened across Mr. Carden's number and after speaking with him I knew he was my Lawyer. He assured me I could would work out the finances with him. Mr Carden made many trips to court, let me know what I could do, put up with all my nervous questions, and got various hearings to work for us and not the prosecution. I met his partner, Mr Dotzler, as we finally were going to trial. The two of them had done so much prepping that I was amazed. I could tell, the two partners compliment each other exceptionally well. But a better offer was produced that I felt was to good to pass up. The prosecutor and police officers looked even more relieved than I was! Mr Carden never seemed worried about making court friends or pissing anyone off if it meant getting me a better result. He is a fighter when need be and a very confident trial attorney when called upon.

Clifton was affordable yet highly informative. He did not hand me off to another lawyer and even took meetings with my family. I had his direct number and he accepts text messages which made communicating very easy. I highly recomend Mr. Carden and his firm.

There isn't enough nice things that can be said about Clifton. I called him at 9 am on a Sunday after running into trouble and he answered right away. Clifton was always with me through every step of the process of my trial and in the end my results were quite favorable. He was always quick to respond to a call or email and made contacting him and the entire process much easier. After trial he assured me that he will be by my side until I get my license back which is greatly appreciated.
