I was on the other end of a real estate transaction with this attorney (Neil Germain). He attempted to bully (threatening to sue repeatedly) an 80 year old woman (my mother). He also did his client a disservice in the process, losing upwards of 45k on the sale by negotiating in bad faith. He made the house sale transaction a miserable experience for both parties His ego got in the way of simple common sense and reasonable negotiating.

He made house buying a miserable experience for both parties His ego is much larger than his skills, at least in my experience.
