I would not waste your time going through Rudderow Law . They spent months after meeting with us only to look at half the records when the records they needed to look at the main reason for our case were not even requested or looked at when we asked repeatedly if they needed the records. Huge waste of time and when it was questioned they chose to ignore our email. Many other lawyers out there that will review all your records.

I hired Josh after my husband died due to gross negligence. Throughout the process of my case Josh kept me updated on important changes and he always had time if I called with a question. His knowledge and experience not only with malpractice but also with physicians malpractice insurance coverage was invaluable. Whenever I spoke with Josh he cared enough to ask how my son was doing and it wasn't just because he felt he had to ask, he really cared.
