My case happened in 2019 and I was charged with: *Driving While Ability Impaired (BAC of .05% or higher), as a traffic infraction, with up to fifteen (15) days in jail, 90 day license suspension, completion of the Impaired Driver Program, Attendance at a Victim Impact Panel, and maximum fine and surcharge of $760; and *Failed to Use Designated Lane, as a traffic infraction, with up to fifteen (15) days in jail, three (3) points on your driving record, and maximum fine and surcharge of$293. I had a BAC of 0.3 and called Nave Law Firm and they gave me instructions on what to do and I followed them. I never met them face to face until my court date where the charges were dismissed and I was found guilty of: One (1) count of Stopping/Standing/On Pavement, a parking ticket. If you get in a situation where you need Nave, my recommendation is listen to what they say and do what they ask you to do.
