Re: Zukher My case had to be postponed because he was busy puffing away on his e-cig with all of us on mute through Microsoft Teams. The Judge couldn't even get his attention. DISGUSTING. Thank goodness he was the defendant's representation and not mine.

Mr. David Zuhker, is amazing, and worth every cent! He has been my criminal defense attorney for four years, and I retained him for life! Onondaga county sherrif dept. arrested me with seven felonies and six misdemeanors! David and his team prepared a habeas corpus to get me released from jail, because the d.a. was not ready for trial. Twenty four hours later I was released to my family! Mr. Zuhker's team located on Warren st. in Syracuse, prepared for my upcoming trial while I stayed home, and NOT IN JAIL! When we went to trial Mr. Zuhker ripped apart the d.a.'s prosecution and proved to the court that there was absolutely no evidence to convict me. Mr. Zuhker asked that all charges be dropped against me immediately, and thats ezactly what happened! His knowledge of law is a broad spectrum of intelligence.
