At William Mattar everyone was very professional, informative and helpful. The settlement was within the range that I was told it would be at the start of the process. Word of advise, if you have National General as your automobile insurance carrier you might want to rethink that choice.

I was in a accident they were the first I called because I was told they were the best that was a lie the lady Jackie was supposed to be my lawyer I had my case with them since July 2020 I have never spoke with her until February 2021 she was soo rude she wouldn’t let me talk while on the phone trying to explain what was going on then because of this pandemic everything been pushed back on appointments she didn’t want to hear that she said I’m dropping your case after 8 months of already in suffering on my end not being able to get out the bed and go back to work I’m already depressed now I have to try and find another lawyer that’s gonna call or when I call I don’t never get to talk to you I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer to anyone
