While I've worked with many attorneys in a professional capacity, Tom was the first lawyer I hired for personal representation. Tom was part of a legal team that successfully brought suit against a former employer who failed to live up to the terms of my employment contract. It was a difficult case, as the employer was apparently determined to use delaying tactics and numerous other somewhat questionable strategies to avoid trial or settlement. The case was tried in both state and Federal courts. Ultimately it took nearly four years to bring the case to a satisfactory closure. Throughout the legal journey, Tom was steadfast and determined. I felt he became personally involved in my case and was very much my advocate. Despite somewhat desperate maneuvers on the part of the former employer, ultimately the case was settled very much to my satisfaction. Tom's determination to see the case through to a successful outcome was instrumental in the final result. I feel very fortunate to have had Tom and his team on my side.
