This firm is a very professional operation. Anytime I called the office I was able to speak with my attorney or someone on the team and my questions were answered in a timely manner . I know they had other case loads but when they spoke with me they were always knowledgeable about my case without excuses and if they had to get back to me they always did and they treated me with dignity and respect and explained things to me and they were very easy to work with. When I came to mcv law I had no idea what to expect. Given that my current attorney wasn't doing anything to help me with my case and they weren't explaining anything to me. So this made me think it would happen someplace else. But when I sat down with Bethony Nicoletti I knew I made the right choice. From the moment I sat with her she explained alot of things that didn't make since and went more in depth with my case. After 2.5 years of thinking my case wasn't going anyplace she got things turned around with an amazing outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to help me through. If you are going to be a landlord in the Syracuse area, you need to have MCV on speed dial. Evicting someone is really the worst part of being a landlord, but when you need to do it, you couldn't ask for a better partner in the process than MCV. They are highly experienced and very organized. I never felt like I had to manage them, and they were always willing to share their honest opinion on the best course of action.
