I wouldn’t recommend them to someone I care about. They took my case and for the first month or so it was fine- then when I asked about mileage reimbursement checks from my car insurance they neglected to answer my phone calls and e-mails for over three months but had the time at the end of those three months to send a letter and email me they’ve decided to drop my case. In the meantime I found another lawyer who took my case and is confident I will win. As all the Evidence is on my side. I think they’re very unorganized and the neglect I received was so unprofessional. I have no issue that they chose not to represent me because that’s their choice- but before they sent the letter dropping me- when I was a client- they ignored my calls and e-mails for months. I think it’s also not a good look when businesses feel the need to justify every bad review they receive with their own excuses so I expect nothing less from this. They want the last word. Unprofessional. Sometimes it’s as simple as an apology and admitting fault. Extremely disappointing experience.

5 years ago you decided not to represent me as you protected your key medical expert. For reasons why was to protect that ability to continue that vue going forward. The expert medical guy happened to be the surgeon that botched my surgery to a life time of dysphagia and other vestibular motor impairments. Yeah, Joe knows how to cover all his legal bases for the maximum benefit for himself!

I had no idea what I was doing with my worker’s compensation case. They have always answered questions and helped me threw my case that has been ongoing the last three years.

They have done a wonderful job handling my workers comp. 👏

It literally lists on their website that they handle personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect and goes into great detail about covering cases like that. I called and asked to set up a consultation for that type of case and (Gary?) told me they don’t actually cover that type of case. I read directly from their website where it said they do, and he said that it’s incorrectly advertised. Super shady.

I spoke to an extremely helpful employee who was able to direct me in the actions I should take. Although Stanley Law was not able to help me in my case I was referred to another lawyer who handles my type of situation. Thank you very much for helping during a very difficult situation.
