My husband and I met with Alex to do our estate planning. We had know idea what was involved and why it was so important. Alex took to the time to meet with us by phone first to review the process, get to know us, explain what we needed to do and answer our questions. While he prepares the documents, I emailed frequently with questions and Alex was quick to respond. We met in person to review, sign and of course had more questions. Alex and the staff we met were great. I am relieved to have all of this done and have a relationship with an attorney to see us through future planning.

I had a smooth experience with Alex. Totally accomodated my requirements and constraints to still exceed the expectations.

We used Mr. Thompson for the closing of our house approximately 5 years ago. The staff were very pleasant and there were no errors in the paperwork. My two concerns: 1.Communication was very poor. We never received updates or needed information unless we were the ones to initiate the conversation. Literally, over 4 years, we never received an uninitiated email or phone call. Made us feel like this wasn’t important. 2.There was an issue with our title that caused us to put money into escrow. The resolution took 4 years. I do believe it was challenging to get it completed, but every time I called for an update, I would receive some sort of general assurances that they were very close to getting it sorted, they found someone who knew where the information was, etc. 4 years seems a bit excessive. Ultimately, throughout the process, we never felt like this was a priority.

I was an out of state investor looking to sell one of my properties and I had no idea where to find an attorney. Seth Fischer was recommended to me and I couldn't have been more pleased. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and I feel went above and beyond. This sale was a stressful situation for me and he helped to put me at ease.
