I would like to start out by saying that I have been personally affected by fraud. After Looking up this number its from somewhere in new York and i live in Georgia. When i was originally called i was in a first responder meeting. I told the employee i would call back. Having dealing with people who call my phone asking for my social and false offices that have been scam and were not real when i called back I was getting information to possible report fraud. The employee stated that the call was being recorded. When i stated that i was also recording as well(under Georgia law we have to state we are recording) she stated she will tell the attorney to proceed and hung up in my face. That was unprofessional and disrespectful due to the fact if this was ( hopefully is) a actual law firm that recording themselves why hang up. After that i called back because if this was a law firm then whoever that employee is may not represent your values. I called back and I'm upset because if this was a law firm this employee is showing aggressive and hostile practices. So when i called back she was saying i cut her off(when she told me she was told me this call is being recorded i did say that on my end this call was being recorded because we both understand we are being recorded). When i asked why cant i record for my legal purposes due to the fact that they are able to i was met with again (she will tell them to proceed) . Which i never agreed to. After seeking legal counsel i was advised to contact the BBB for that county especially since I've been a victim of fraud. I did state to the employee that i will report them for fraud( Due to me living in Georgia I have no clue whats in New York) I will not call this business scam because I don't know honestly. I will say that I felt aggressive and hostile tactics as someone who has been personally affected by fraud. The employee that i spoke with also may not represent the companies values on professionalism and this very well may be an isolated incident especially coming from a law firm. It was very odd they did not want to be recorded when they themselves were recording. That could give off an impression that they are fraud when they actually may be a ligit company.

I was chasing down a couple of unpaid invoices for 3.5 years. I had honestly lost all hope when David asked that I give him a try. Within 2 weeks I received a payment... TWO WEEKS!!! I wish I did this YEARS ago! I can't thank David enough! My advice to someone reading this and on the fence: use David. Save your energy and time for your business and let David collect on your behalf. It's a win/win!
