I give no stars. Called to ask for consultation got the receptionist. receptionist said she does not do student loans. Called back again the attorney natasha answered and acted like she was the receptionist. It says they do student loans on there website. If your not doing student loans then take it off your website. very misleading. Doesn't say much about the firm or the lawyer. She was very rude and fake. just found a very good top lawyer who actually cares. Its more money but I would rather pay the money knowing I have a great caring lawyer then go with a firm with snippy, not caring fake lawyers that smile in your face and act like they are better than you. Thanks anyway.

If you are looking for a straight forward upfront , no bull , gets the job done. She and Carmen is the best. Its refreshing to work with her and Carmen. Keep up the great work,
