While I have never personally used Mr. A’hearn, he represented a very significant person in my life. I attended every meeting and court proceeding and dealt with Mr. A’Hearn first hand. His defense was exceptional and he was very clear in communications and took all of his clients concerns to heart. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a defense lawyer who will listen and defend. Kudos to his clerk Anna too. She is always available and sure to keep you up to date with every action being taken in your case.

This man is THE BEST! I was facing you to 3 years in prison. When I say today I’m in complete shock how everything went at court , I am so blessed. He fought so hard for me and believed in me. He gave me Encouraging words when felt Like my world was ending. He’s not your typical lawyer, that just wants to get paid. He actually wants to get to know you as a person. I was facing felony charges, and he got them dismissed, and one charge was dropped down to a misdemeanor. My fiancé hired Joe over a very ridiculous Felony charge that could have landed him in jail for 2-4 due to the background.
