I hired Xavier and associates for a DWI and was shocked by their inconsistent service. My representation was changed three times before the end of my rather straightforward case. My second attorney was late for my court appearance and late with my paperwork to the DA, prolonging my case significantly. I was asked for the same paperwork multiple times and could not get more than one word answers to my questions. My last court appearance my third attorney could not attend and sent a proxy that was completely unprepared. I felt adrift. And immediately after my sentence i was sent a close out letter indicating they were done with me. I feel as if I threw my money away. They did the minimum they could possibly do and were obviously overwhelmed with cases.

I hired Xavier and Associates DWI defense following an arrest that resulted in two class A misdemeanors(Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration) a violation(Harassment) and 3 traffic violations. Thanks to the great work of my team at Xavier and Associates, all the charges were dismissed. I had been pulled over for a suspected DWI, but the subsequent events led to these charges. It was bad, and I was very scared. The penalties for the misdemeanors carry max sentences of 1 year in prison and $1,000 fines. I had heard that Xavier was the best DWI defense team in central New York so I decided to schedule a consultation. After the consultation, I was very confident they were the right people to handle my case. Throughout the entire ordeal they were there for me. At any time I could call or text the lawyer who was handling my case and he would respond right away. In the end however, all that truly matters is results. THEY GOT RESULTS! I would highly recommend keeping their number on hand for a time you find yourself in a similar situation.
