Rizzuto has been working on my car accident case for a year 1/2 now. It has been a great experience so far as it heads into the litigation stage. I love that no matter what time I call, someone picks up the phone; and calls and emails are responded to timely. Mark Yakubov has always kept me in the loop and eased my mind that all is under control. He’s been a pleasure to work with. The only thing I would suggest to Rizzuto is when a case is being moved into a different dept as it moves up the steps with a new handler or someone moves on from the company that you have been working closely with,, to please let the client know so they aren’t surprised with changing of hands.
