Inconsistent communication when cases are transferred
“The only thing I would suggest to Rizzuto is when a case is being moved into a different dept as it moves up the steps with a new handler or someone moves on from the company that you have been working closely with, to please let the client know so they aren't surprised with changing of hands.”
