Difficulty consistently contacting the assigned paralegal
“I had a work related case atTerry Katz & Associates. Justin Lieberman was my lawyer. He is very professional, giving me all details throughout the case, & oh so nice! He got me more money than I thought. I recommend using Justin Lieberman, as a great lawyer all the time!
I'm very frustrated because when I call my paralegal, all I get is her voicemail. She doesn't call me back for daysssss. I'm completely in the dark regarding my case. I'll leav”

Concerns about lack of proactive case management and transparency
“Nothing is explained. You're not encouraged to come in and discuss concerns. I did go in and was on the phone with the office when I saw that no one was on TOP of my case. You put your faith and trust in their expertise and expect them to work for your best future financial and medical interest but that's not my experience with Terry Katz.”
