A few years ago I was a victim of medical malpractice by a Neurologist which resulted in a severe stroke. Consequently, I have endured life changing physical and psychological damages as a result of the stroke. In fact, Michael Duffy was so thoughtful and respectful of my injuries that he paid for me and my husband to stay at a top rated hotel just two miles from the courthouse so that we would not have to incur the burden of travel to and from the courthouse during trial. Will not take a hard case, that’s why they have more time than the original attorney I contacted who didn’t have the time. Edit: Go to Dell and Dean. They actually reviewed our medical records before making a determination on whether they’d take our case or not and they did. Not only that, they explained it’s not the difficult case Duffy & Duffy made it out to be.

They don’t really take hard cases , they just throw you to another law firm with no explainations ,when they apparently win a lot of cases and one of the best.
