Contacted this attorney at the request of another firm. Spoke to a very pleasant paralegal that took my information, and passed it on to the partners. She contacted me back, and let me know that the partners were not interested in the case, but they were not saying it was not something that could be a case, it was just not for them. I felt it was very unprofessional that they would shrug it off and have the paralegal reach out to the caller, rather than take a few minutes to reach out to the person, and give them a few minutes of their precious time. This goes double considering that I was a referral from another firm. It seems they do not really care enough to reach out to something and thank them for reaching out, and giving them some options. I would never refer Duffy & Duffy to anyone, and feel that, you are just a dollar sign to them. If they can't make a dollar on you, they don't even take the time to call you back. This is my opinion.

Very disappointing. This attorney was recommended through a friend who works for another firm. I called to make a appointment. I was vetted by a paralegal who was unfamiliar with medical terms of injuries. Although I tried to give as much information as possible so it could be passed on properly I was unsuccessful. I now waited OVER a week for a return call. I was told I’d get a return call by the end of the business day, the very latest tomorrow. However when did get the return call it was only to say “The attorney doesn’t think you have a case” I’m 100% sure that’s because it was relayed completely wrong. I received a unnecessary cervical surgery due to a miss diagnose. It’s a shame when people are supposed to help but can’t take the time to get all the facts to find out if you really need the help or not. Again very disappointing.

Dont even waste your breath. I wanna move forward with a hospital malpractice case and as soon as they got the hospitals version of the story they decided to believe them and said they wouldn't represent me. Then wanted to charge me $150 for MY records that they do not need
