My wife and I were completely bamboozled by a salesman in a Marriot resort located in Orlando Florida. He used religion and family to completely convince us this purchase was not a timeshare. Oh how wrong we were. We purchased his sales package only to find out 1 month later that it was a con job. We contacted the this law firm out of desperation, and let me tell you this decision was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. Not only did they save us from a world of debt but they also did it in a fashion with effortless ease. They always maintained updates and kept us in the loop. They also gave us a sense of confidence in their results. If I can suggest anyone going through the same experience we had. Please do not hesitate to choose this law firm to represent you. They did a great job with releasing me from my obligations of my timeshare. From the start they explained the process and continued email communication without fail! It was explained From the beginning that the process was going to take a while but they don't charge money upfront. They have low fees and I actually saved money off future maintenance fees. I highly recommend them!

It was great to know this firm and Michael Sininsky, who took care of my Timeshare cancellation. From the very beginning they were always very honest and transparent about all the process and what to expect from it. They not only charge much less, when compared to all other firms I researched, as they only charge their fees after the cancellation is all set. It took around 5 months to have the cancellation solved and to be free from this scam. Very serious and hard worker group and I definitely recommend!

We were given a thorough explanation from the beginning of the process. We did receive a check in email each month. It would’ve been helpful to know what was happening from month to month. Everyone has always been attentive and quick to respond. Finally, we are out of this timeshare!

I had an issue with EIDL / SBA loan. Nothing but incongruent information and answers from the SBA. I called and was directed to an attorney (Michael) and we spoke for a few minutes. His advice was HONEST and SOUND - and most importantly the best advice I could get in the shortest amount of time. It made sense not to retain legal services at this point, however, this is the law firm that I will certainly utilize if my circumstances change and I need representation. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike while trying to get me out of a timeshare I thought I was already out of. About 10 years I had signed on the dotted line for a timeshare, employed one of the so-called timeshare cancellation companies and was told about a year later I was out of my timeshare. Fast forward to 2021, I began getting letters and threats - clearly I was still in this contract. I looked for another company and this law firm came up. I called and asked many many questions as I didn’t want to throw away anymore money. I had spoken to both Mike and the attorney who assured me that no money is due until the firm is successful. That’s a no brainer. I signed the retainer agreement and the firm immediately began working on my case. Not even a year later I was told I was out of the timeshare contract and provided proof (1099-c). The turn around times is great, the staff automatically send you monthly updates, you don’t have to pay upfront, if they are unsuccessful you don’t owe anything, and when successful you can pay at once or set up a payment plan for the extremely reasonable fee they charge. I highly recommend! Just wish I would have found them 10 years ago
