The Law Offices of Kenneth H. Dramer PC did an exceptional job getting us out of our timeshare. They required no payment up front. Also, the customer service at Dramer Law Offices is phenomenal. They made us feel like we were part of their family. They answered all our questions and made the whole process so easy. The process did not happen overnight but It didn't take long either. They did a thorough job. Before going to Dramer Law Offices we had another Law firm handling our account. We paid them up front, they took our money and did nothing for us and we haven't been able to get our money back. Each person case is different but I whole heartly recommend the Law Offices of Kenneth H. Dramer, they are an honest law firm.

I was desperate to get out of a timeshare that my husband and I had gotten into. The high annual fees that were once reasonable but had crept up and were insane. Through luck, I found Dramer Law through a google search. I contacted them and I was connected with Michael Sininsky. He was very reassuring that he was not a scam. Believe me I was quite skeptical since I had already been scammed twice. I was very, very doubtful that he would be able to help me out since I was so skittish after being scammed. He assured me that there were no upfront fees, if he did not perform I did not have to pay and he was not like any of the others and I could trust him. Mr. Sininsky was on top of everything from day one. He kept me totally informed every step of the way. If I had to rate Mr. Sininsky from a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate him at a definite 15. Those outfits also wanted a substantial fee upfront with NO guarantee. The Law Offices of Kenneth H Dramer PC had no charge until we were canceled and the fee was smaller than the upfront competition.

I’m not much of a review person but I had an awesome experience working with this firm to get out of my timeshare. I was a big skeptic with these companies after doing the research and wondered if I’d ever find anyone to help. A lot of companies seemed shady and after researching them the reviews weren’t good at all. I found this firm on Google and the no money up front made me curious to want to learn more. Before doing anything, I contacted the company for more information. Even after contacting them I was still skeptical but was willing to give them a try since I didn’t have to pay upfront. I researched them and saw the five star BBB rating which made me even more curious. A complete five star rating is unheard of. From the beginning communication was awesome and on point. They told me it would take on average 6-9 months to get out of my timeshare but it could take up to two years. They explained they aren’t successful with them all but they do have a very high success rate. If they weren’t successful, I would owe nothing. My only complaint with them is that it took a little over a month to get rid of my timeshare. It was a lot quicker than I had expected and I had already paid my maintenance fees. No biggie though I am free and clear and overall extremely satisfied with the firm , the service, and the communication. And their pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.
