I am sharing my experience because of my satisfaction of contract preparation for a licensing agreement. As a co-owner of a small corporation, cost is always a factor in business decision. After calling around, we made our choice based on quoted cost and conveyence of confidence, understanding and capability. We relayed our needs and wants. In turn, we received an agreement that we felt was exactly what we wanted. While executing licensing agreements with purchasers, we inevitably ran into an area of conflict. Refering to our agreement for clarification of a cure, we quickly recognized that we had "got our money worth". We were fully protected and the conflict was resolved. I simply can not say enough. Great job, great price!

I am a private duty nurse, that was in desperate need of an knowledgeable attorney to help me review a contract that I was given by a new client's school district. Ms.Hamilton was very helpful from the moment she answered the phone. She was not only helpful but reviewed my contract in a timely manner, (which was greatly appreciate) She took her time while reviewing all of her suggestions which in turn made the contract more clear and concise. I love the fact she had pay pal as well, did not have to stop my already hectic schedule.

My husband and I had Pam to dissolve our LLC, she did everything and all from a simple 30 minute meeting. It was clean, concise, and easy on our part. Ms. Hamilton was General Counsel for CDSC in Brooklyn, NY while I was the Director of HR there. In that capacity she guided me with Personnel Policy issues, provided Sexual Harassment Training for Management and Staff. She also handled the few cases of sexual harassment that did occur, keeping the agency out of court. Ms. Hamilton negotiated all contracts that came through Human Resources, i.e. Health, Life, Disability insurances, Workers' Comp, etc. Now that I've retired, when I need legal services or advice I call upon Ms. Hamilton. She is an excellent attorney and I recommend her to anyone who needs legal counseling.

Pam is a great knowledgeable attorney she made sure that I'm safe with my business and she is flexible with payment on her fees and doesn't charge a lot and I will be retaining her as my attorney
