Back in 2020 I started the process with Mark and his team to have my son placed in a suitable school that met his needs that a regular D75 school could not. A few months later they won the case and my son was placed in a ABA school January 2021! I could not be more happier with the process. Everything was done Pro Bono. I am grateful I made the decision to contact this firm and change schools because my son is thriving.

I never even became a client because upon asking how to spell my last name, the woman whom I spoke with said, "S as in ..., I as in ..., M as in "monkey," then stopped and waited for a confirmation. I don't believe it was a "just so happened". Didn't get good vibes even over the phone. I don't know how the actual lawyer is, but if that's how his employees behave, I don't want to find out.
