Claims to be an experienced litigator. Missed key pieces of evidence. Did not call witnesses which would help my case because he presumed the other side would call them. If you decide to hire him be sure to ask him for previous (winning) cases he has handled.

During the time I worked with Dan, I felt he was on my side. He helped me prepare for hearings and walked me through the process of getting my voice heard (and get reimbursed) when I had been hit by a car while on my bicycle.
