I have known Rick as both an adversary and mediator for over 20 years. He is an honest, thoughtful and hardworking lawyer who brings his even-tempered and kind natured manner to everything he does. As a mediator, he is completely committed to resolving the matter before him and will continue to follow up with the parties if the case does not settle during the session, no matter how long it takes! I highly recommend him as a mediator.

Your behavior has been abusive and demeaning. You and Tracy colluded against me, speaking harshly about me to Rick until it became unbearable. He was already grappling with challenges from his past relationship, and I felt compelled to resign. You should all be ashamed of your actions. Laurie, your demands for milk past the expiration date and your incessant requests for snacks are unreasonable. you are very mean and should not be representing anyone in a law case. More should Tracy.
