if you want your money to be stolen, this is the attorney for you. Stay clear away from this crook. His license was suspended for 6 months for conducting several shady deals of stealing from his clients and misappropiating their escrow funds.

I previously worked with Vernon concerning a contractual matter, and the interaction was seemingly decent. However, I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and follow-through with his company. We scheduled a consultation for this afternoon, and to my surprise, he is no longer at his listed address on Google, Yellow Pages, LinkedIn, or even his websites. The front desk security guard was very annoyed, and let me know, “Vernon moved out over one year ago! He should’ve provided you with his new address!!” to make matters worse, I tried to call him several times via the listing number on Google and his website (to which we spoke on Wednesday), and I am not receiving any reply via text or voicemail for the Google subscriber.

I'm a mortgage broker and have closed many deals with Don. Over the course of a few years, he has proven to be a competent and diligent attorney. Equally as important as knowing the law is knowing how to surround yourself with the right team of professionals who can get the job done. Don consistently does this. Not only would I recommend him to my clients, but I would use him personally should the need arise.

In the end my goals were accomplished. Watch out for missing pages in your documents by making sure #s and letters are chronological e.g. 1, 2, 3.... and a, b, c ... I forwarded a document to someone and a missing page rendered it invalid. High turnover. As a client it is important to follow-up and keep a close eye on your case. I have worked with some wonderful lawyers at this firm who have left after short while. As a result there were times when I would have questions on the case and Mr. Vernon was seemingly not up to date. There were additional charges that were unexpected, and Mr. Vernon explained.
