Douglas has provided an excellent service and put his knowledge of family matters on the full display. He is a professional and made my divorce process a walk in the park. He communicated the entire process and took the liberty of handle all filings. I merely had to sign a paper and it was all over. To date, our experience with Howard G O'rourke have been absolutely horrible. My family hired Mr. O'rourke back in December to handle an estate issue at the passing of another family member. Back in December (2018), Mr. O'rourke said our issue could be handled/settled in one to two months. Despite our family promptly providing Mr. O'rourke with everything he's asked for in the past nearly 7 months, we've yet to settle our matters and there's no end in sight. In fact, we currently can't get a straight answer from him as to the status of our estate issue as he avoids our calls and emails. We're at a breaking point with this man who blew up with us over the phone when we finally got a hold of him just last week as we voiced our frustrations with his lack of service. He threatened to just drop us, mind you he was with another client while telling us this over the phone, despite our objections of him doing so. If things change in the next week or so and there's some type of resolution to our matter, I'll be happy to change this review. As of now, neither I nor my family can recommend Mr. O'rourke's services.

Words aren't enough to express my most sincere gratitude for this law firm. Through my first and only divorce, Mr. Scheinman was my divorce attorney who provided me with not only emotional support, which I needed, but also, most importantly, he was able to carry out and negotiate the divorce settlement that was fair and equitable for me. He was honest, sincere and up-front about the fees in which are exceptionally reasonable and handled my case out with the highest concerns, my children. (He said to me once " Good things come to those who wait", as much as I've heard this phrase, at that moment I needed to hear that more than ever. Mr. Scheinman, Thank you for that!!!) Mr. Scheinman exhibits high moral character, inspiring integrity and a high level of, not only understanding but knowledge about the legal system which has made this journey a smooth process. He was calm, reassuring and professional keeping me up to date with everything. I recommend Mr. Scheinman without reservation !!!

There's not enough I could say with regards to Mr. Scheinman's professionalism and knowledge. I went to him to file my divorce. His fees are extremely reasonable, his advise and knowledge were awesome as well. I highly recommend him as an attorney to anyone in need.

Mr. Douglas Scheinman is not only professional, approachable, knowledgeable but he is also easy to talk to and very affordable. The entire process was explained to me from beginning to end. I am amazed as to how quickly he was able to complete my case.
