A residential parcel I owned required town variances and county subdivision approval. Prior to retaining Minerva & D'Agostino, Dominick and Al explained clearly what the process would be, how much everything would cost and what the likely outcome would be. On all three counts they were spot on. For all future land planning issues I would definitely use Minerva & D'Agostino.
