Mr. Goldman, provides fast, succinct and valuable instructions on what is necessary to resolve your traffic violation issue. His advice and service was good value for money. I would recommend him to any Canadian having to deal with a motor vehicle violation in New Your State.
PS his recommendation of that I take the Advent Driving course was time well spent regardless of its assistance with the mitigation of your driving violation issue.

Absolutely wonderful service. My ticket was taken care of almost immediately. All I had to do was take an online traffic course for a few hours which allowed Benjamin to negotiate a dismissal of ticket resulting in zero points. Thank you so much!

The Law Office of Benjamin Goldman exceeded my expectations. I'm an out-of-stater that needed to fight a ridiculous speeding ticket. From start to finish they handled the entire process well, keeping me promptly informed throughout. I was very pleased with the end result. I never even had to appear in court once, avoiding a 4 hour roundtrip drive! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This firm is EXCELLENT!!! I got a speeding ticket in up state New York, driving 85 in a 65 zone. I thought I was done for with my future insurance rate (I live in NYC) But I called this firm, they gave me their fee and told me I had to take the defensive driving course to get it dismissed. I did what I had to do and a few months later, my ticket was dismissed. No fines nothing. I recommend this firm for anyone who gets a traffic ticket in New York State. They have GREAT communication and do what they say they will do!!! Greatly appreciated. 👍🏿
