Christopher was referred to us by our realtor to represent with the purchase of our home in Freeport, NY. Chris supported us throughout the entire process, explained things along the way, and successfully negotiated our contract as necessary, while keeping us in the loop and addressing any questions/concerns. I hired Mr Wellington for a franchise contract. At first the franchise told me they don’t change any of the terms it is what it is. I was in doubt of hiring an attorney until I spoke to Mr Wellington. Mr Wellington not only changed pages upon pages of the one sided contract to make it equal for both parties, he also made sure to get on a zoom call and share his screen to go over changes. I highly recommend this talented and dedicated attorney. If I learned one thing from this experience is to seek the right console when needed.
