This past fall I was hit on my Vespa. The other party involved was completely in the wrong and I was immediately taken to the hospital with a broken ankle. Honestly? I had absolutely no idea what to do. I've never been in this situation and I'm 25 years old. My family is several states away and I was at a complete loss. I worked with John Perticone, and had the best experience. He was kind in every interaction and very personable. He helped me feel confident and comfortable with what was going to happen and made sure that I was able to get the most out of the worst experience I've had. I cannot speak highly enough of him and his team, they helped me really get things right after being out of work for about three months. A huge thank you to him, from the bottom of my heart, for all of his help and expertise.

Called in June for a will and trust to be set up. Heather Cornell was on vacation and was told I they were going to do a background check on me. (No problem on my part.) Did not hear anything back from them. I called again in July and had to leave a message. It is now August and I still haven't received a word from them. She was recommended to me and I'm very disappointed. If something was wrong with my back ground check, I would like to know.

Dealing with the trauma of a work related injury is very daunting. Employers sidestep and business owners will do anything to make getting medical or legal compensation seem impossible. Our Attorney John Perticone made sure every detail was attended to. Every bump in the road was smoothed out and he made sure we understood every step of the process. Our calls were always returned and we were updated at each turn of events. In the end, the award was more than expected and processed in a timely manner. I experienced a serious fall which required a shoulder replacement. Fault rested squarely on the owner of the property. Their insurance company kept delaying, denying and low balling me.
