Lack of transparency regarding fees
“The main issue was the lack of transparency about the fee. When I asked, more than once, if certain requests would cost extra, I was told that they would not, and that I would be charged a 'flat fee'. Those are the exact words of attorney Lindsey Johnson, not mine. When I got a bill that charged me for many itemized portions of an hour for things like answering an email question, or sitting down to sign the will, and came up with a bill that was more than twice what I had been quoted, I was shocked.”

Poor communication and responsiveness
“Attorneys are non-responsive on a current matter even with multiple people reaching. The lack of communication has gotten so bad, the other party is now requesting help to try and get a response from their own attorney. This lack of professionalism is ruining what should be an exciting time in our life's.”
