John Perticone worked very hard for me

I highly recommend John Perticone Esq. To anyone who is in need of a great attorney who is willing to fight for his clients. He is dedicated,straightforward and diligent. My family and I will be forever grateful for his hard work, dedication and great outcome on my case.

A few years back my five-year-old son was hit by a automobile the insurance company offered to pay out the max. It was recommended to us to have an attorney. So I contacted Levine , Gouldin and Thompson. They immediately accepted the case. They were unable to get my son any additional payout and what the insurance company had already offered with that said they still wanted a third of my son's award. They mailed me a letter wanting me to sign an agreement to pay them 1/3. This would equate to $33,000 to be paid to them, out of my son's $100,000 payout from the insurance company. What's the insurance company had already offered us. I ended up not having to fight State Farm but the very attorney I had hired to help my son. In the end the judge awarded them $25,000. So my son ended up with $75,000. We are just grateful to have our son after a severe broken femur. I would never hire or recommend this Law Firm! I fought and argued with them all the way and they cared nothing about me or my son!

The work they do is Amazing!I was in good hands, all my worries were taken care of, they communicated well, and treated me like a valued member of society, not a dollar sign. They fought for me, and were able to secure all the compensation that was due to me, I was extremely happy and greatful for all their hard work. Janice Shear is especially Amazing at her job, she is patient, compassionate and caring, super intelligent and firm when the need would arise. I was in a car accident and needed surgery. Kevin Williams and Jan Shear took incredible care of me and my situation!! They treated me like a family member and went above and beyond!! My 87-year-old father was hit by a car out walking in his neighborhood. My immediate concern was, is he going to be OK, how bad he was hurt. When I knew my father would recover, and my next concern, I didn't want my parents to be saddled with huge bills. I called and met Kevin Williams and his paralegal, Jan Shear. My parents ended up with no out of packet payments for any of the many doctor visits or tests, and received a very nice reward from the driver's insurance company. The outcome was better than I ever expected. However, what I appreciated the most was the care and concern both Kevin and Jan had for my parents’ well being, the effort they gave, and timeliness of the entire process.

Attorneys are non-responsive on a current matter even with multiple people reaching. The lack of communication has gotten so bad, the other party is now requesting help to try and get a response from their own attorney. This lack of professionalism is ruining what should be an exciting time in our life’s.
