When I asked, more than once, if certain requests would cost extra, I was told that they would not, and that I would be charged a 'flat fee'. Those are the exact words of attorney Lindsey Johnson, not mine. I had written them down in my notes from our meeting. When I got a bill that charged me for many itemized portions of an hour for things like answering an email question, or sitting down to sign the will, and came up with a bill that was more than twice what I had been quoted, I was shocked.”
