My experience with this law firm was frustrating and unsatisfactory. The main issue was the lack of transparency about the fee. When I asked, more than once, if certain requests would cost extra, I was told that they would not, and that I would be charged a "flat fee". Those are the exact words of attorney Lindsey Johnson, not mine. I had written them down in my notes from our meeting. When I got a bill that charged me for many itemized portions of an hour for things like answering an email question, or sitting down to sign the will, and came up with a bill that was more than twice what I had been quoted, I was shocked. I wrote a letter to the attorney that I worked with and explained my issues with the bill. I never got a response. After three weeks, I emailed her to ask if she had gotten my letter. She never replied. I thought that she behaved in a very unprofessional manner.

A little over a year ago I was involved in an accident. My car was a total loss and I had some relatively minor injuries. Having been part of the court system for 16 years I knew better than to try to navigate on my own. I had been given Lauren Kiley-Saleeby’s name from a friend. I called and felt immediately at ease. We communicated a couple times until I unexpectedly needed surgery for one of my injuries. At that point, I decided to retain Lauren to help me. Best decision ever! Both Lauren and Janice Shear were absolutely wonderful. I had the ability to ask questions and get quick responses throughout the process. Lauren fought hard to get a settlement that was fair and I couldn’t be happier. I never want to need the services of a law office again, but if I do, I’d definitely call LGT first. Thank you so much for everything!

I was in a motor cycle accident in May 2023, LGT were the first people I called. I got set up with Kevin Williams and Janice Shear. I couldn't be happier. He was very knowledgable and experienced, and Jan kept in touch throughout the whole process checking up on me to make sure I was doing well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a lawyer.

Too expensive. $395/ hr plus $300 to come to our home

I was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident, through no fault of my own. I inquired about legal help from a number of the "large, catchy-jingle firms" who never even returned my calls. It was a blessing that I ended up working with LG&T. The legal assistant, Jan, is a huge asset to the firm; I can't say enough good things about her. And John Perticone, my attorney, was incredibly helpful and communicative during the whole process, guiding me through the steps, offering his counsel; he was able to arrive at an outcome that will hopefully provide some closure and help me continue to heal. I highly recommend John and his team.

Writing this review specifically for Shuyan Tian immigration lawyer. I had a consultation with her for half an hr, which costed more than $300. I am a materials scientist with a PhD, inquiring about appling for green card thru EB1A or EB2. She told me my only real option for green card is to get married to an American the entire consultation. Thanks for this unique insight and guidance... hope people read this before booking you.
