After our motor vehicle incident with our son and having it out of county, we did not know who to call. I have many trusted law enforcement partners in the the surrounding counties so I reached out to three of them and all three said, "call Angelo Rose". One of these contacts even said "you absolutely need to call Angelo Rose". We are glad we did. Angelo met with us in his office to quickly ease our anxiety about what might/could happen and in the end, Angelo was very close to spot on with what did happen. Angelo knows the law and what turned out to be equally important, Angelo knows the DA's to work with and his advice along the way has been right on point. We actually liked him so much that we are going to use him as our attorney for various legal documents and hopefully, we never do but if we need a lawyer, we would say our lawyer is Angelo Rose on the spot. I was in a severe car accident that caused soft tissue damage. I suffered from memory problems, emotional trauma, and migraines due to someone else's poor choices. Angelo was very clear in the criteria that needed to be met in order to have a case, since I did not break any bones. He was very compassionate in understanding my problems, but blunt in the fact that it was going to be a hard case. Despite this, he continued to fight for over a year. Angelo Rose was the perfect lawyer for my case. I was charged with a DWI and DUI and he successfully was able to reduce all charges to a driving while impaired. The case was completed in the most difficult county for reductions in the state, which was a feat in itself. Extremely personable attorney, someone who will go to bat for you at all costs. I contacted Angelo the morning after my under 21 DWI arrest. Angelo was in contact with me by lunch time the same day, and we set up a meeting time set for a few days later. His professionalism and friendliness helped to curb some of my worries, as this was my first time ever being arrested and didn’t know what to expect. Upon working with Angelo prior to the court date, he was easy to get in contact with, always responded within a few hours or less to emails and questions I had. Due to Angelo’s excellent work, multiple meetings with the DA, and extreme professionalism in the court room, my case resulted in a plea deal of DWAI, a violation, which seldom happens in Ontario county for someone under 21. It was the best possible outcome, and I don’t believe it could’ve been achieved with anyone other than Angelo. 1000% recommend Angelo if you want peace of mind and solid results.
