In August 2013 I attended an elder care luncheon presentation from one of Long Island's big estate planning firms. I had concerns that maybe the simple will my husband and I had was not enough. I called our general practice lawyer and he referred us to Ms. Cipriani in order to review our will and determine if we were in need of additional protections. We found Ms. Cipriani to be very knowledgeable and informative. She is an easy to work with professional. Ms. Cipriani is a pleasant and straight forward counselor. No question is "too stupid to ask." Time at each meeting allowed for our questions to be answered. The time frame between the initial consultation and review of our plan allowed us to digest all the information and gather the additional items she requested. Upon review of all our individual assets, which included a vacation home in another state; separate banking, retirement and investments accounts for each of us and; multiple desired beneficiaries in addition to our one child, Ms. Cipriani advised us as to what changes we should make as well as how to make them. She developed a comprehensive estate plan and thoroughly reviewed it with us before execution. Ms. Cipriani is available for follow-up questions and clarification. I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Cipriani without reservation.

Wonderful . . . While Terry was preparing our Wills, she took the time, with my wife and me, to explain each step along the way. Ms. Cipriani demonstrated outstanding knowledge and she provided excellent guidance in helping us to prepare our Wills and other important legal documents that all Seniors need to have.

She was knowledgeable, kind and the most understanding attorney I ever met. She reviewed my income and resources. Prepared my Will, Living Will, Health Care Proxy and POA. She advised what I should do currently and in the near future.

Terry Cipriani helped my family in two (2) Estate dispursements and in immediate family Estate Planning. Terry guided us with clear explanations of options and processing of selected measures. These included processing two (2) family wills in which my wife was appointed Executor (something she had never done before) and establishing our personal estate plan; including our wills, health proxies, and setting up trust for our children. We were and are completely satisfied with the progression and outcomes of these endeavors.

I worked with Ms. Cipriani on 2 different occasions, one with my mother when she needed to hire an expert in Estate Planning, and then again, when I needed to get my own paperwork in order. My husband and I have used Terry Cipriani's services before and needed it again recently. Both times, we found her to be very professional and personal at the same time. She's compassionate and knows her stuff. Anyone would benefit greatly having her as their attorney. Would recommend her in a minute.

Ms Cipriani was recommended to me by one of our church members who had engaged her to do her estate planning. I found that Ms Cipriani was extremely thorough,professional as well as concerned and caring in her dealings with me and my family. She made it her business to explain everything that was necessary in order to accomplish the correct end result....which was to save my family (sons) as much money as possible at my demise.. All important documents were carefully and successfully handled,stored in their proper places and easily accessible. I was most happy and pleased with her services, which also were reasonably priced. The only drawback was the distance in traveling, but it was and is well worth it.!!

My family went to Terry after another Lawyer had completely mishandled the estate of our cousin. Not only did she untangle the mess the other Lawyer had gotten us into, but completed probating the will and setting the estate in order in a timely, professional and compassionate manner. I cannot recommend her highly enough. My family will always be grateful to Terry.
