Dana was incredibly helpful with a recent transaction where I was seeking counsel to oversee an Option Agreement with an Energy Company. They were interested in Optioning a portion of land and we had to operate in a very quick timeframe. Dana was responsive, proactive, and incredibly knowledgeable within this space.

Dana did a seminar at my local library and I was impressed with her presentation so I called with a legal question regarding my existing estate plan. She was able to update and revise the plan while going above and beyond to make sure that I understood every step and was clear and comfortable with the revised documents. I had a great experience with Dana. She helped me with my mother’s trust. For me she went above and beyond and was always available to talk. My mom is mobility disabled and Dana would come to my house to complete the process. Dana is very personable and professional. She made sure to explain everything so that it made sense for us. I highly recommend Dana, especially if you require a more personal experience with someone who is flexible like I did with my mom.

At a time when alternative energy is big business. Finding a lawyer who understands easements and lease agreements as it pertains to the average Joe doing business with the energy sector, Dana has saved my bacon. What a find - an outstandingly professional, knowledgeable, experienced and effective lawyer who also knows the energy development business inside and out. A very likeable person, to boot. I have recently launched an energy development firm in the Hudson Valley and needed legal help with multiple contracts.
