I recently PCS’d to West Point and I was put in contact with miss Pina to help me proceeding with closing on a home. Throughout the whole process, not only was she absolutely phenomenal, but she also gave me a military discount for my service. Extremely kind and professional, was at the top of her game the whole time. Answered all of my questions in a timely manner and explained everything that needed explaining at the actual closing. Pina's persistence and advocacy is the sole reason I am able to be a proud home owner. My house closing experienced a variety of miscommunications and delays from various organizations and persons as they pertained to the purchase of my home.
