I recently sold my home in Chester. Alex and his team did a great job throughout the process. From the day I signed the contract for sale, they stayed actively engaged, kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and guided me in resolving any issues that popped up. Any time I had a question, I received an answer or guidance right away. At the end, the closing was very smooth. They organized everything and I just had to show up and do my part. We have hired McManus and McManus for multiple real estate transactions. They are thorough, courteous and professional. For this particular transaction we used them for our power of attorney as well since we were leaving the state. The entire process could not have been any smoother.

Their staff was very friendly and responsive! They offered me all of the services they promised. They accept legal plans like MetLife/Hyatt Legal etc. They were very thorough in explaining the legal terms and what was being signed beforehand! I would definitely use them again!
