My wife and I have used Patrick twice, previously to purchase our first home and then again to sell that property and purchase another. We would never hesitate to use Patrick again for any real estate transaction, he is fantastic and we were lucky to be referred to him by our first purchase agent. Patrick coordinated everything between the buyer and sellers attorneys, and kept on top of our less-than-stellar mortgage broker to make sure we had what we needed to close on time. He was always available by call or text even when he was out of office. At closing, Patrick reviewed and made sure we understand everything we signed.
