This post relates to a car accident, in which I was a passenger, that was struck by another car & the decision to choose a law firm to guide & protect us thru the claims processes, injuries & medical bills! We chose Chaffin Luhana, LLP to assist us in protecting our interests during the process of dealing with 3 different insurance agencies, by the 3 parties involved in this accident! I found everyone, that I had personal contact with at Chaffin Luhana, to be very polite, personable, appreciative, knowledgeable, quick to respond with call backs & very open to my concerns with all things related to my personal case! They were all very friendly & acknowledged my concerns with respect when I had questions about my case! I received numerous emails from them over the course of my case & they were very quick to respond to me with the answers I sought! They were on top of everything from the very beginning! I couldn't have asked for better treatment by the Chaffin Luhana lawfirm & felt protected in their handling of everything case related for me! I'm glad to have had them on my side & protecting my interests! I would definitely use their services again, should the need arise!
