My name is Joe Laterra, AKA Mr. Bitterman. I've been in the Courts since the 70s, on " serious matters of great importance". In the 70s I used John Sutter of Nassau, 80s thru 2005 saw Ernie Peace of Nassau & Joe Balliro Sr. & Frank Mondano of Boston. All Heavy Weights. Extremely intelligent with big balls. You're treatment and outcome weigh heavily on your representation. I was recently hit with a lawsuit. The Courts of Tort were not the field practiced by my previous Attorneys. And I couldn't get a referral from them as they are all gone. So, to Court I went going pro-se. After the second appearance it was apparent things weren't going well, the plaintiff's greedy shyster attorney was being abusive and unwilling to listen to reason. It was starting to become personal, so it was time to bring in counsel. Being sued is very unpleasant, it nags you lying in bed at night and hits you first thing mornings. I Need a Civil Attorney with Brains & BALLS. Immediately Justin came to mind. A friend for over 50 years, from Jr. High sleep overs to High school underage drinking, and the football team. Justin was always top of his class, and always had balls. During consultation he pointed out that not only am I not liable, but I was intitled to damages compensation.
