I worked at VHF for almost a year while in law school. It was such an amazing place to work and learn and grow as a law student. Ms. Van Horn and Ms. Friedman are extremely experienced and brilliant attorneys and it was amazing to watch their dedication to their clients and their work. Ashley, the office manager, was incredibly diligent and constantly went above and beyond for the clients and the office as well. I recommend this firm to anyone looking to learn as an employee but also to anyone in need of matrimonial and/or family law related assistance.

Working with the team at Van Horn and Friedman really made the process of custody and the eventual child support proceedings smooth and much less stressful than I thought it would be. I have heard plenty of horror stories with the process and I am happy to say I do not have the same experience to share. Very knowledgeable and very capable against their adversaries. I was impressed with how my custody case evolved with each appearance...and how quickly it was completed.
