July 1, 2023 To Whom It May Concern, My experience with John Virdone was a very positive one. I was recommended to him by my late family attorney as an expert in Medicaid. We started the process in 2022. After my husband, who was ill, and I discussed it, we opted for institutional care. John directed me every step of the way. There were many documents I had to get, then review with him. It was a long and laborious process. John submitted Medicaid forms then reviewed with me the questions Social Services asked. John worked many of the details and was the liaison between myself and the nursing home. During this period, our daughter passed away. We were devastated. John and his staff were sensitive to our grief. They tried to make things as easy as possible for us. John was always available. He returned all phone calls and answered all e-mails.
