Hugh was nothing but helpful, professional, and effective. At every step he went the extra mile in explaining to me how the process worked and how best to navigate it. After receiving a traffic ticket Hugh helped me prepare for trial in a way that ultimately resulted in no points on my license and actually a reduction in my insurance. He was honest, straightforward, extremely responsive and good-humored throughout the whole process. He put me at ease, told me how it was all probably going to go and he was right. I could not recommend someone more highly.
